Return & Refund Policy
We accept requests related to items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@nexia.com if there is an issue with your order. Include clear photos or videos so we can review your case.
Requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
If your request is approved, we will provide further instructions and work with you to resolve the issue appropriately. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.
Items sent back without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.
We do not accept requests for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or reasons unrelated to defects, damage, or incorrect items.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@nexia.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, or worn.
We also cannot accept returns for:
• perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• custom or personalized items
• hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• gift cards
• end of stock sale items
We also cannot refund opened or used personal care and cosmetic products. Same with opened supplements
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before requesting a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at orders@nexia.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
