Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We offer free shipping on orders within the United States.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 1–3 days to update after shipment.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control such as:

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us and we will investigate the issue.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery. In such cases we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
